Google Forms is a tool that allows you to gather information from users by a personalized survey or quiz. Using Google Forms, it is easy to manage event registrations or create a quick opinion poll. Google Forms helps you in creating and analyzing surveys right from your mobile or web browser. Performing this task does not require any special software.
The collected information is automatically connected to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is populated with the survey and quiz responses. You can get results instantly as they come in. And, thereafter summarise survey results at a glance with charts and graphs.
You can also use your own photo or logo, and the Forms will choose just the right colors to complete your own unique form, or select from a set of curated themes to set the tone.
