If you do not have a Hotmail account (please look for our step-by-step guide to create a new Hotmail account, go ahead and create one here), after creating an account, you may need to sign in to access your account-related email inbox, contacts, calendar, and other Microsoft Services. Let’s take a trip to see the ease of logging in, all right?

Hotmail Sign In

First and foremost, you will need to navigate and get access to an active web browser if you are actually using a home personal computer ( PC). I would recommend that you get a Google Chrome browser for easier web browsing if you don’t have one. After opening your browser, the next thing you do is to enter this “Hotmail.com” web URL in the address bar, if your network is linked and all is perfect, you can see the Hotmail sign-in page. Type your email address or phone number and the correct password that you used during the sign-up process. The next thing you need to do is to click on the login button that will now take you to the inbox of your email and to the Hotmail page where you can access your account and emails.

If you want to log in with a mobile device, you can want to go to your OS app store and check for the “Microsoft / Outlook / Hotmail app,” download it and install it on your device. You will now have keys, just like on your home PC / laptop PC, to open the app and type in your email address and password.

If you are unable to access your account through hotmail.com, navigate to the “I forgot my password” connection URL and choose the choice you need, depending on your choices, you will see options such as “I forgot my email address” or “I forgot my password,” you will see a menu where you can follow the on-screen instructions.

You will need to include your name, age, and probably the phone number associated with your account in the event that you forget your email address. You will obtain a code that will be used to access your email address and unlock it.

You will follow the steps if you forget your email address, as in the first example, where you will get a code to continue and change your password to a new one.
